Jovani Roa's journey in life and motorcycling began in the vibrant city of San Francisco, California, where he was born and raised. His commitment to service and discipline was evident early on when he joined the U.S. Marine Corps in 2003. During his ten years of honorable service, Jovani was stationed across the United States, from the west coast to the east coast, and deployed internationally, gaining a broad perspective on teamwork, leadership, and resilience.


Now, Jovani brings his wealth of experience to MotoVenue as the Director of Training, living in Pingree Grove, Illinois, with his wife and three children. In this pivotal role, he leverages his extensive instructor background, honed through coaching for the Motorcycle Safety Foundation and MotoVid, to cultivate a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous learning among riders and instructors alike.


Jovani is certified to teach an impressive array of courses, including the Basic Rider Course for both two and three-wheel motorcycles, the Advanced Rider Course, the Military Sportbike Rider Course, the Adventure Bike Rider Course, and the Dirtbike School’s Closed-Range Exercises. His work with MotoVid further demonstrates his dedication to rider education, leading a team that introduces riders to road-course trackdays and significantly improves their cornering knowledge and skills at the racetrack.


As the Director of Training at MotoVenue, Jovani Roa not only imparts critical riding skills but also embodies the spirit of adventure and the pursuit of excellence. His leadership inspires both instructors and students to reach new heights, ensuring every rider embarks on their journey with confidence, skill, and a deep respect for the ride. Jovani's diverse experiences, from the disciplined environment of the military to the dynamic world of motorcycle instruction, make him a cornerstone of MotoVenue's mission to empower riders across all terrains and challenges.
