Choosing the Right Motorcycle: Navigating Our Training Requirements at MotoVenue

Welcome to the ADV Bike Requirements page at MotoVenue. Our adventure and dual-purpose motorcycle training courses demand specific types of bikes to ensure both safety and the quality of your training experience. Here, we outline the key requirements your motorcycle must meet to participate in our courses:

  1. Valid Licensing: Riders must possess a valid motorcycle license or endorsement. This is non-negotiable for safety and legal reasons.

  2. Bike Specifications: We accept street-legal dual-sport, dual-purpose, and adventure bikes. These bikes are versatile, designed for both off-road and on-road use, making them ideal for the varied terrains of our courses.

  3. Engine Displacement: Your bike should have an engine displacement of 390cc or higher. This ensures your motorcycle can handle the rigors of adventure riding.

  4. Condition and Legal Status: All bikes must be in good operating condition and licensed for street use. Safety is our utmost priority, and street legality ensures compliance with regulations.

  5. Exclusions: Please note, we do not accept sportbikes, supermotos, or touring bikes. These are typically street-focused and not suited for the off-road components of our training.

  6. Tire Recommendations: While we recommend 50/50 tires for their versatility, knobby tires are also acceptable. The right tires play a crucial role in handling varied terrains effectively.

Understanding and adhering to these requirements is essential for a safe and productive training experience at MotoVenue. If you have any questions or need further clarification on the type of motorcycles suitable for our courses, please feel free to contact us."
